If you share the vision above, and you long to join others who also have that vision, we hope you will prayerfully consider moving to our area. People of all faiths and at any level of homesteading skills are welcome. Together, we might barter goods, learn skills, enjoy wholesome gatherings, buy and sell cooperatively, etc. We are simply a "Homesteading Neighborhood," with no rules or obligations, other than neighborly respect.
For those who feel called to a deeper spiritual connection, we are also in the fledgling stages of a Catholic Private Association of the Faithful, called "The Community of the Holy Family."

We are located in Ontonagon, Michigan, known for its wholesome, family-oriented community. It is a pristine area, nestled between crystal clear Lake Superior and the Porcupine Mountains. Our neighborhood is located in an area of abandoned old homesteads with silty clay loam soil. There has never been any significant commercial farming here. The air is clean and the water pure.
